The online MBI-UF Faculty Membership Application provides you with the opportunity to alert the MBI-UF Administration of your interest in, and qualification for, faculty membership.

The completed MBI-UF Faculty Membership Application will generate:

• An alphabetical directory of MBI-UF Members, listing their primary/secondary departments and e-mail addresses;
• A summary page for each faculty member providing their name, degrees, contacts, and a description of their research (and clinical) interests and skills;
• A searchable dictionary of research (and clinical) related terms and topics that will provide website links; and
• An electronic copy of your Curriculum Vitae.
