External User Fee Structure: Multimedia Equipment, Conference Rooms, etc.
MBI-UF's Multimedia Auditorium, Conference Rooms
and Training Laboratories are equipped with the state-of-art teaching and
conference instrumentation. In order to maintain this equipment and
provide the requisite support staff, we are required to charge fees to
all external (i.e. non-University) users. These fees are assessed,
and the facilities maintained by the MBI-UF's Computing
Information Technology Services (CITS). The initial fee structure for
external (non-University) users is listed below. Please note in planning for future
events that this fee structure is subject to change based upon a further
analysis of real operational costs.

For 20 to 50 seats: LG-100 / LG-110A / LG-110 / LG-116
- $20/hour for basic set up
For 80 to 100 seats: LG-110+LG-110A
- $35/hour for basic set up
Audio/video equipment can be checked
out to conference rooms:
Multidisciplinary Simulation Computer Lab (MSCL) (L1-111)
- $100/hour - 11 SGI/O2 workstations and
SmartClass Training Assistant Tools
