Odayme Quesada

Odayme was born in Cienfuegos, Cuba and moved to the United States in 1993. She graduated from the Felix Varela Senior High School in May 2003 and matriculated at the University of Florida in Fall 2003.

She joined the McKenna lab in Spring 2005. Her undergraduate research involves the isolation, characterization, crystallization, and structure determination of Adeno-Associated Virus serotype 7 (AAV7).

Odayme intends to graduate with a Biochemistry major on May 2007 and enter Medical School.
