New Users You will need an AMRIS Billing Code to reserve instrument time and to pay for services Print the Application and take it to your departmental fiscal person for processing. The completed form should then be delivered to LaToya Durant in the Administrative Office of the AMRIS Service Center located in room LG-177 of the McKnight Brain Institute. Access to the Facility is obtained through the Safety Coordinator. Contact Gary Blaskowski for more information and to schedule a Safety Orientation. Upon completion of the Safety Orientation, Gary will provide you with a Blue Access form which is then taken to Dan Plant in LG-124 for signature. 3T access will only be signed off if Joy Kidder or Dave Peterson have approved access. 11T access will only be approved if Gary has signed that you have completed the 11T orientation. The signed form is then taken back to LaToya in room LG-177 so that you may be added to the AMRIS mailing list. You will be contacted when your key is ready.
