CITS is using a new online service request submission system.
Please read the following information before following the link to the new site.
-The site is designed for Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher and not all features will be available on
other browsers.
-Once you've followed the link, you'll be required to enter your domain username and password. It is important that the username
be entered as USER@mbi.ufl.edu (USER = your username) even if your email address contains a
different extension, such as @neurosurgery.ufl.edu.
-Once logged in, you'll come to the Track-It homepage for your account. To submit a request either click on
"Add Work Order" on the left or "add a new work order" under "Manage your Work Order Requests".
-Under "Work Order Requests" you can view open and closed requests and see if someone has been assigned to your request and read any
updates to the request.

NOTE: If you do not have and MBI login account, you can submit a request for service by sending and email message to
cits.support@mbi.ufl.edu.
Please briefly identify the issue in your Subject line and define specifics in the message body.
