The Lauretta & John DeWeese Auditorium LG-101A

The auditorium (2386 SF) is wedge shaped with semi-circular tiers of fixed seating and desks descending stepwise to the stage. Seating capacity is 162 including four spaces for wheelchairs. A podium contains a computer that is connected to dual projectors, and is laptop connectable. Videoconferencing is available.  No food is allowed in the DeWeese Auditorium, and food tables are not allowed to be set up in the auditorium entry or MBI front lobby. If you need to serve food for your event make sure to reserve LG-110A and LG-110B for this purpose.

Conference Rooms LG-110A and LG-110B

Both LG-110A (879 SF) and LG-110B (633 SF) are rectangular rooms with movable tables and chairs. LG-110A seats 43 and LG-110B seats 33. Combined with the wall between the two rooms down the rooms will seat 80. Each room has an AV cart with a computer (and is laptop connectable) connected to an overhead projector.  Food is allowed in these rooms. We do not provide set up set up or clean up services, only A/V help. Please make sure the room is clean and neat when you are through. Remove all food and set full trash cans in the hall. Also, make sure you reserve set up and clean up time.

Reservation Information

Room Request Form must be submitted by email or fax. Please do not call to check availability without submitting request form first. Make sure to request enough time to set up and clean up after your event. We DO NOT clean up after your event. Clean up is your responsiblity. Technical assistant is provided upon request.
